Scotty Cameron’s Phantom X putters have been overwhelmingly popular among both professionals and amateurs since they were originally released. In 2022, Cameron has released a new series of Phantom X putters that includes updates to the Phantom X 5 and 5.5 putters, new designs to the Phantom X 7 and 7.5 models, and brand new Phantom X 9 and 9.5 models, all of which are available with an updated Phantom X 12 model as well. Important in choosing the right putter is identifying what type of putting stroke you have and how much arc it has. The Phantom X 7.5 includes a Small Slant neck to fit golfers with a slight arc in their putting strokes.

The 2022 Phantom X putters from Scotty Cameron are powered by an integration of steel and aluminum. The Phantom X 7.5 features a solid-precision-milled 303 stainless steel face and body that is expertly fused with a 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole and flange component. This design optimizes performance and playability and delivers a consistently soft sound and feel. The new Phantom X 7.5 is an angular wingback mallet that includes dual-purpose alignment features that create clean, sharp lines. Plus, the long wings help reposition weight back in the head for higher MOI. This model has a Small Slant neck to fit golfers with a slight arc in their putting strokes.
