Scottie Scheffler hadn't played in a tournament since winning the Tour Championship, but the World No. 1 showed no signs of rust as he picked up his 9th win of the year with a six-stroke victory at the Hero World Challenge.

Scheffler continues to play the same winning setup as he's had all year.

Moving to Scheffler’s irons which haven’t changed for quite some time. He combos a pair of Srixon ZU85 utility irons with his TaylorMade P7TW’s. Scheffler's approach game is the best in the world and it was on full display this week. He led the tournament in greens in regulation hit, finding 58 of 72 in regulation, helping him gain 6.777 strokes on the field, which led the tournament.

Scheffler’s wedges played a big part of his Approach to Green performance and were sharp around the green as well. Putter: TaylorMade Spider Tour X

Grip: Golf Pride Pro Only

Whether Scheffler wins a tournament or not pretty much comes down to if he putted near the average for the tournament. Well, he was even better than middle of the pack this week. While he only made 71 feet worth of putts, which was 13th best, he did average just 1.6 putts per GIR, which was 5th best. And if you're hitting over 80 percent of the greens in regulation, that's a great performance. He finished 7th in Strokes Gained Putting, gaining 1.327 strokes on the putting surface, which included the 2nd best performance on the green on Sunday.
