2ND SWING 30-DAY PLAY GUARANTEE:
2nd Swing now offers a unique 30-day trial period for all new and used club purchases. Customers can try out purchased items and, if unsatisfied for any reason, bring the items back to any 2nd Swing location or 2ndswing.com within 30 days of purchase to receive in-store credit in the full amount paid for the items.
The 30-Day Play Guarantee applies to all new, custom, or used clubs purchased in stores or online. For online purchases, the 30-day period begins when the club has been delivered to the customer. This offer is limited to one exchange per year per club type (different types include drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters). More than one exchange per year per club type will result in a 20 percent restocking fee on the store credit value.
NEW & Custom clubs may be exchanged under the 30-day guarantee and will be eligible to receive full in-store credit for the value of the clubs if the in-store credit is used the same day. If the in-store credit is not used the same day, any fees previously waived for the fitting of the original purchase will be charged at the time of the exchange. New & Custom Clubs that are played must be exchanged under the 30-day play guarantee (if within the 30-day period) and will receive the full store credit back pending verification that clubs are still in good working condition. Condition of returned clubs will be verified by 2nd Swing before credits for exchanges are issued. All credits issued back are at the discretion of 2nd Swing.
All items exchanged outside of the 30-day window will not be eligible for the 30-day play guarantee and will be given the current trade value at the time of exchange. This trade value can be found at https://beta.2ndswing.com/trade-in-golf-clubs
All New or Custom items purchased online will be eligible for a full store credit or refund in the same form of the original payment if the items are unplayed and returned in the same condition as purchased within 14 days.
All Sales on Apparel and Shoes are Final. During this time we are making all sales on apparel and shoes final. We are doing this in order to limit returns and exchanges of goods that could potentially spread COVID-19. This is a precautionary measure put in place to protect our customers and our team members. There have not been any cases linked to goods that were bought, sold, returned, or exchanged at 2nd Swing that we are currently aware of. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this policy change.

USED CONDITION POLICY:
For an item to qualify for a full refund under the 30-day play guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition as purchased. In the event that an item is not returned in the same condition, a restocking fee will be applied corresponding to the amount of additional wear sustained. Restocking fee percentage rates are determined using our condition guide. Refunds will be deducted at 15 percent increments for each condition level reduced (e.g. a driver purchased in mint condition and returned in average condition = 30 percent reduction).
USED CUSTOM ORDERS:
Used products that have been customized to individual specifications, including length, grip, loft/lie adjustments or other alterations will be eligible for a full refund for the cost of the club only in accordance with our 30-day Play Guarantee. Additional expenses (e.g. grips or extensions) and any associated labor costs will be withheld from the refund.
New, unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund if the return is initiated within seven days of receipt. Returns outside of seven days, but within the 30-day window, will be eligible for full in-store credit. Once a new product has been used in any capacity, it is no longer in new condition and may not be returned for a full refund. In the event that a new product has been used and a return is desired, a minimum 25 percent restocking fee will apply. New products that have been used are eligible for full in-store credit under our 30-day play guarantee.
NEW CUSTOM ORDERS:
New orders which have been customized to individual specifications, including length, grip, loft/lie adjustments or other alterations not considered “stock” may not be eligible for a full refund and are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee regardless of the time frame in which it is returned. These products can be exchanged for full in-store credit within 30 days under our 30-day play guarantee policy.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the event that an incorrect item is shipped or an order arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will issue a pre-paid return label and work diligently to provide either a replacement item or full refund in these instances. In the case of shipping damage, we may ask that you provide photos of the product and shipping container in order to facilitate a FedEx damage claim.
RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS:
Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return. However, you can sell or trade these items back to us for our current listed trade values.
If New or Used products are returned and a promotional item was gifted, the gifted item must be returned as well. If the gifted item is not returned with your products, the value of the gifted item will be deducted from your refund.
