What is your return policy?
2nd Swing offers a unique 30-day play guarantee that allows customers to try out purchased items and, if unsatisfied for any reason, bring the items back to any 2nd Swing location or 2ndswing.com within 30 days of purchase to receive in-store credit in the full amount paid for the items. The 30-day play guarantee applies to all new, custom, or used clubs purchased in stores or online. For online purchases, the 30-day period begins when the club has been delivered to the customer. This offer is limited to one exchange per year per club type (different club types include drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters). More than one exchange per year per club type will result in a 20 percent restocking fee. Please note that a return will not be accepted if the item is not in the same condition category as it was at the time of purchase. How much does a custom fitting cost?
We offer custom fittings for FREE with qualifying purchases of new clubs or with any purchase of used clubs. Meanwhile, customers who purchase new clubs are eligible for a free Tour Van fitting, which includes a custom fitting environment that Tour professionals use to tweak their equipment before events. How can I schedule a custom fitting?
To schedule a custom fitting, click here. Use the widget on the page to identify the location (one of our five stores, online video fitting, or through a phone consultation) and the fitter for your appointment.
Do I need to make an appointment for a custom fitting?
In some cases, our fitters might be able to squeeze in a fitting without an appointment made ahead of time. However, if you’d like to experience a 2nd Swing used club fitting or a Tour Van fitting, we recommend scheduling an appointment. Golfers do have the option to speak with a store associate about a Walk-In fitting with an on-call fitter. These last about 20 minutes and do not require an appointment. During a Walk-In fitting, our staff will recommend clubhead models based on your budget and fit you for shaft flex, length, loft and lie angle.
How can I get a custom fitting if I don’t live near a 2nd Swing store?
Customers that are unable to travel to one of our store locations can call (612) 216-4152 to speak to a certified phone fitter from our Fitting and Support team. Our friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff of certified phone fitters will ask customers a series of questions to gather an understanding of their abilities and tendencies. From there, our fitters can precisely fit customers over the phone.
Does a headcover come with the club I purchased?
Because many of the items we accept as trade-ins do not come with headcovers, they are not included with the purchase of a club. However, we do offer headcovers for $9.99 with any club that is purchased in one of our store locations.
Can I demo the clubs before buying them?
Absolutely. All of our stores include hitting bays with state-of-the-art technology that allow you to test out products and break down the data from the launch monitor. If you would like to demo your club outdoors, you have that option too. We allow customers to take used clubs to a nearby driving range and test them out. However, if the club is not returned by the end of the day, you will be charged for it.
Do you accept checks?
2nd Swing Golf does not accept checks as a form of payment.
Can we trade in our old clubs?
Yes! 2nd Swing customers can trade in their old clubs at the highest values in the industry, guaranteed. The 2nd Swing Value Guide features an intuitive tool that will allow you to find the value of your old clubs.
Can I sell my clubs to you?
Yes, we also allow you to sell your clubs outright to 2nd Swing. A corporate check would be sent to you that takes up to 10 days to process. Please note that the check value for old clubs is less than the trade-in value and varies during the year. Please stop into a store or call (612) 216-4152 to get the check rate for your items.
Can I buy new clubs at 2nd Swing?
Absolutely! We proudly offer the largest selection of golf clubs in the industry, and that includes new items. Our stores, including the online store at 2ndswing.com, offer the newest products from every brand imaginable such as PING, Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Cobra, Mizuno, Srixon, Cleveland, Miura, Wilson, and more.
Can I custom order clubs?
We pride ourselves on fitting you properly. If you need a custom set from one of our vendors we will order it for you and have it here in a timely manner.
Can I get my clubs customized?
We offer a wide array of customization services at 2nd Swing such as re-gripping, loft and lie adjustments, custom grinds, custom stamping, and paint filling. All of our locations have a custom build shop with experience club builders that can customize your clubs.
