FAQ
We offer custom fittings for FREE with qualifying purchases of new clubs or with any purchase of used clubs. Meanwhile, customers who purchase new clubs are eligible for a free Tour Van fitting, which includes a custom fitting environment that Tour professionals use to tweak their equipment before events. Tour Van fittings are valued at $100 per hour. For more details on 2nd Swing’s custom fitting process and pricing, look at our pricing menu.

In some cases, our fitters might be able to squeeze in a fitting without an appointment made ahead of time. However, if you’d like to experience a 2nd Swing used club fitting or a Tour Van fitting, we recommend scheduling an appointment. Golfers do have the option to speak with a store associate about a Walk-In fitting with an on-call fitter. These last about 20 minutes and do not require an appointment. During a Walk-In fitting, our staff will recommend clubhead models based on your budget and fit you for shaft flex, length, loft and lie angle.
The fitting call is a 30 minute phone conversation with a certified fitter going over your fitting needs.
